This is a 2017 Honda Rukus with 99 miles showing. It is in physically, excellent shape. Like new with very few miles, it just won't run correctly. The carb has been cleaned, replaced the electric choke but still has a bog when add throttle to it. Therefore selling at a great price as a repairable.
